Mike Banigan leads Blockcede with more than twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry. Over Mike’s career he has forged several companies in the healthcare and financial services space including Sonexus Health, a full service commercialization company specializing in biologics which sold to Cardinal Health, Chronic Disease Fund (now Good Days), a leading nonprofit focused on copay assistance, and Class Action MGA, an insurance entity designed to limit exposure to class actions (sold to the principals of Apollo Group). After selling Sonexus Health to Cardinal, Mike focused the next decade on Africa building companies in commercial fishing, agriculture, and biofuels. As Blockcede’s founder, Mike provides the direction, strategy, and vision necessary to drive innovation in the healthcare industry.

Captain Banigan, U.S. Navy (Retired) joins us from Plus Veterans, a supply chain consulting company, and Facilitrace LLC, a trading and supply chain technology company, each with specialized focus in technology advancements and operations. 26-year combat Veteran, Captain Banigan commanded a Cruiser and a Destroyer, among the Navy’s most formidable warships, and directed programs at the forefront of our nation’s defense. He matured a White House concept into a fully operational, forward deployed ballistic missile defense combat capability. In so doing, he envisioned the design and authored and directed multibillion-dollar business agreements and production lines, respectively. As Chief Operating Officer at Blockcede, Captain Banigan translates strategic vision into execution, driving operational processes and fostering cross-company collaboration to deliver on the company’s mission.

Satya Prakash serves as Chief Technology Officer at Blockcede, where he transforms the company’s vision into intuitive, secure, and scalable platforms that accelerate the delivery of advanced therapies. He leads the development of AI- and blockchain-powered solutions that safeguard data sovereignty, enhance transparency, and enable seamless collaboration, while driving next-generation digital strategies through intelligent systems. With more than 22 years of leadership experience, Satya has built mature platforms for payors, providers, PBM solutions, copay programs, 340B compliance, and other highly regulated environments. His career includes senior roles advancing large-scale initiatives at Highmark Health, DXC Technology, Great American Insurance, Majesco, Pharmacy Data Management, and CTG, as well as Co-Founder of Neuroniks.
